How to Download Video from Facebook to iPhone without App

In today’s digital age, sharing videos on social media platforms like Facebook has become an integral part of our daily lives. However, sometimes you may come across a video that you want to save on your iPhone for offline viewing. If you’re looking for a way to download videos from Facebook to your iPhone without using any third-party apps, you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we will guide you through the process of downloading videos from Facebook to your iPhone without installing any additional apps.

Step 1: Open the Facebook Website on Your iPhone

The first step is to open the Facebook website on your iPhone’s web browser. You can use Safari, Chrome, or any other browser of your choice. Simply type “www.facebook.com” in the address bar and tap the search icon to go to the Facebook website.

Step 2: Navigate to the Video You Want to Download

Once you’re on the Facebook website, log in to your account using your username and password. After logging in, navigate to the video you want to download. You can do this by searching for the video using the search bar or by visiting the profile of the person who posted the video.

Step 3: Right-Click on the Video

Once you’ve found the video, tap on it to open it in a new tab. After the video has loaded, right-click on the video player to bring up a context menu. If you’re using Safari, you might need to enable the “Develop” menu by going to Settings > Safari > Advanced and toggling the “Develop” option.

Step 4: Select “Inspect Element” or “Inspect” from the Context Menu

In the context menu, select “Inspect Element” (Safari) or “Inspect” (Chrome). This will open the developer tools in your browser, allowing you to modify the video’s source code.

Step 5: Find the Video Source URL

In the developer tools, you will see a series of HTML elements. Look for the “video” tag and click on it. This will display the video’s source URL in the source code. Copy the URL by tapping on it and selecting “Copy.”

Step 6: Open the URL in a New Tab

Now, open a new tab in your browser and paste the copied video source URL into the address bar. Press Enter to open the video in a new tab.

Step 7: Save the Video to Your iPhone

Once the video is playing in the new tab, tap on the “Share” icon (usually represented by three dots or a box with an arrow) located in the bottom menu of the video player. From the share options, select “Save Video” to save the video to your iPhone’s camera roll.

Congratulations! You have successfully downloaded a video from Facebook to your iPhone without using any third-party apps. Now you can enjoy your favorite videos offline whenever you want.
