How to Insert a Picture in Outlook Signature
Adding a picture to your Outlook signature can make your emails more personal and visually appealing. Whether you want to include a company logo, a personal photo, or any other image, this guide will walk you through the steps to insert a picture in your Outlook signature.
Step 1: Open Outlook and Access the Signature Settings
First, open Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Next, click on the “File” tab in the upper-left corner of the window. From the dropdown menu, select “Options” to open the Outlook Options dialog box.
Step 2: Navigate to the Mail Section
In the Outlook Options dialog box, click on the “Mail” tab. This tab contains settings related to email formatting and signatures.
